Immediate Job Opening: Seeking a full-time, skilled, reliable builder/carpenter for a building project at a Retreat 2 miles from downtown Sandpoint. This position is a shared position for maintenance and repairs of property as well as for general support of an on-site construction barn/residential build. The project is dried in and intent is to ‘chip away’ at finishing at a comfortable pace. Full-time work will include but not limited to framing interior walls, drywall, mud and tape, and possible paint pending timing and resources. In addition, the position requires assistance for our General Maintenance Supervisor on occasion with various repair and maintenance around the Retreat as needed, so handyman/maintenance skills are a must. Housing is provided in a darling cabin with all utilities and internet service included. Seeking a 1-year commitment. Stipend DOE.

Licensed massage therapists wanted for on-call appointments at high end, eclectic lodging villa located only one mile from downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. Looking to expand our team of spa professionals to meet the growing demand at our retreat center. Looking for professional, experienced therapists who are available on an on-call basis, some guests request massage the same day, others schedule months in advance. Appointments include some early mornings, late nights, many weekends, and couples massages. Massage tables provided by business, please provide your own products including sheets and oils.

Maintenance man/ Groundskeeper position available at high end, eclectic lodging villa one mile from downtown Sandpoint, ID. All maintenance needs are to be directly communicated to the maintenance manager and updated on his task list with the correct priority level.
This job requires the ability to work outdoors doing physical jobs that involve digging, bending, kneeling and working in sometimes extreme heat or cold weather. Position requires someone to ideally live onsite (or be within a 5 mile radius of Traver’s Park and the YMCA) for emergencies. We are seeking a Mr. Fixit Honey-do (perhaps retired but thrives on work and projects) who is highly available and willing to do a wide range of diverse skills. You must have enough experience in Quickbooks to maintain financial records, including coding of purchase and sales receipts, payments, company reimbursements, and handle payroll and filing for up to 15 employees between three small entities. In addition, you will be the Landlord’s representative for 6 units and as a tenant/landlord liaison, you must be able to problem-solve, negotiate and be quick on your feet. You must be well-versed in the Google docs & sheets, and being tech-savvy comes naturally to you as you maneuver through proprietary software. A willingness to learn with a “jump in” attitude will go far in this position, and, at the same time, to catch on quickly is of great importance to get you quickly productive on our tight team.
Financial Duties: Quickbooks accounting software knowledge, ability to create financial reports, preparing quarterly reports and year-end adjustments, research loans, work with banks, assist CPA in year-end tax prep. Track down credits, properly code reimbursements between companies, etc. and ensure state-mandated compliance, process AP & AR, manage invoices, and tax payments. Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process, Complete sales and use tax forms.
Administration Duties: Task and project-based including updating contracts, phone and email correspondence, and completing a diversified set of tasks that could put you indoors or outdoors on any given day. Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills are required to negotiate rents, collect late payments (including organized documentation and paper trails), problem solve and handle conflict resolution with a professional, courteous, and understanding demeanor.
