As part of our leadership team your goal is to exceed expectations with cleanliness standards, guest interactions, and administrative responsibilities. You must have a well-versed knowledge in Google suite, third party booking sites, contracts, and reservation systems. Being tech-savvy comes naturally to you! You are responsible for completing tasks in a timely manner, focusing on the quality of work. You are responsible for setting housekeeping standards that are consistent, thorough, and spotless, demonstrating our level of expertise to our guests. You are responsible for completing administrative responsibilities, communicating with the hospitality & sales manager on updating contracts, packages, reservations and tasks list. You are responsible for handling all communication regarding rental properties, making sure proper contracts are received, tasks lists are given to the Maintenance Manager, and rent is being collected and documented on time. You are responsible for learning the check-in process to a tee and being primary check-in/check out guru. In this role, you should strive to represent Talus Rock Retreat highest standard of cleanliness and friendliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working in the customer service industry
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Previous housekeeping and/or hotel experience preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Minimum 3 previous job references
- Strong writing skills
- Rental experience preferred
- Quickbook experience preferred

Pay: Discussed upon employment inquiry
Hours:
- Fall/Winter Work Weeks = 35-40 hrs/week +
- Spring/Summer Work Weeks = 40-50 hrs/week +
- Early mornings (earliest 7:30am) are required, shifts may vary depending on occupancy and season
